Thank you for choosing FREETIME.SOLUTIONS! These Terms & Conditions outline the policies governing our services. Please take a moment to review them carefully.

1. Payment & Refunds

Payments:
- One-Time Services: All payments for one-time services are due upfront. You can pay conveniently through our website, online gateway, or by check at the time of signing any agreement.
- Monthly Services: Monthly service fees are automatically charged to your credit card on the renewal date. Invoices will be emailed beforehand and include details on your monthly fees and any additional services purchased.

Refunds: We offer a 100% refund within 3 days of signing any contract. This applies to both one-time and ongoing services. For all services (including digital marketing, web design, etc.), once work begins, the service is non-refundable.

Please note: For monthly services, we may consider offering prorated refunds for unused portions if you cancel with proper notice (details outlined in the Cancellation Policy below).

2. Project Completion & Delays

We understand delays can occur. If you anticipate a delay in providing necessary materials (content, images, etc.), please inform us promptly. We'll work with you to adjust deadlines accordingly and keep you informed of any revisions.

Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel service, please submit a written cancellation notice. Your refund eligibility will be determined by the terms outlined above and the specific service agreement.

3. Content Materials

To ensure a smooth project flow, please provide all necessary content materials (written copy, logos, images, etc.) that are free of copyright restrictions. We reserve the right to refuse content that appears to infringe on copyright.

Revision Process: We offer two rounds of revisions for initial drafts of content materials. Additional revisions can be requested at an hourly rate.

4. Domain Names & Web Hosting

Domain name registration and web hosting are separate services not included in our website design packages. You are free to choose FREETIME.SOLUTIONS or a third-party provider for these services. We can provide account credentials if you choose to use our services for domain registration and/or web hosting.

5. Warranties & Confidentiality

It's your responsibility to ensure you have the necessary permissions for any content you provide (logos, images, etc.). FREETIME.SOLUTIONS takes client confidentiality seriously and will never disclose any proprietary information entrusted to us.

6. Licensing

Upon completion and launch of your website, you are granted a license to use the website and its related software and content for the lifespan of the website.

7. Additional Expenses

In the course of your project, unforeseen expenses may arise (e.g., stock photos, specialized software). We will communicate any additional expenses before incurring them and obtain your approval before proceeding. These additional charges will be invoiced to you.
